TRAINING PROGRAMS AND ADVICE

We would like to introduce our Shepparton Runners Club coach Chris Armstrong. We are excited to announce that Chris has designed training programs for this year’s Shepparton Running Festival.

These training programs are specifically designed for our flat, fast course and with both the beginner and intermediate runner in mind. Shepparton Runners Club will feature local training sessions for the 5km, 10km, half and marathon distances, so feel free to email us at sheppartonrunnersclub@gmail.com if you would like to enquire about joining in.
