New training programs now available!

Now’s the time to…..train.

We have updated our training programs to help you keep on track.  We offer Beginner and Intermediate programs for 41.2km, 21.2km, 10km and 5km events. Our club coach Chris Armstrong has designed them especially for our flat, fast course. Click on on TRAINING tab to view and download.
