New training programs now available!

Now’s the time to…..train.

We have updated our training programs to help you keep on track.  We offer Beginner and Intermediate programs for 41.2km, 21.2km, 10km and 5km events. Our club coach Chris Armstrong has designed them especially for our flat, fast course. Click on on TRAINING tab to view and download.

We never plan to fail but often fail to plan.

You will be prompted to enter your preferred name when completing your race registration.  If you have already entered, all you need to do is select the orange Submit Email Address button demonstrated in the picture below, to get back into your existing record  Click HERE to access your exisiting registration. Once you are in your registration EDIT your Event Questions. Race Bib is Question 6, then SAVE.

The cut off for this service is 15 July 2018.

This is a great race souvenir and to help you along the way now any random spectator can cheer you on!
